Who You Are:
- ORGANIZED: to implement and manage the project from start to finish making sure to reach the final goal.
- COMMUNICATIVE: to collaborate with customers, plant manager, sales, estimators to accomplish the goal.
- LEADERSHIP: ability to oversee and coordinate tasks by motivating and encouraging the team and define the road map to successful completion of project.
- TIME MANAGEMENT: to monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
- PROBLEM-SOLVING: the ability to make decisions in a timely and efficient way.
- BUDGET MANAGEMENT: to follow the budget and control it throughout the project.
Here's What You Will Bring to the Table:
- 5 years of Project management experience is needed.
- Knowledge of Excel: Formula Structure, Pivot Tables
- Interprets blueprints, shop drawings, and other documents on project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Custom manufacturing experience is ideal, but not required.
